Roles and Responsibilities:Greet, communicate with, and welcome guestsAnswer all the customers’ questions and address their complaintsAnswer all incoming calls, and redirect them when neededReceive letters, and packages and send them to an appropriate destinationMonitor office suppliesMake supply orders when neededMonitor and update records and filesMonitor and log office expenses and costsManage extra work such as bookings, reservations, etc.Requirements and qualifications:1-2 years of experience as Admin Executive or similar roleCandidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree in commerce.In-depth knowledge of office management and bookkeepingExcellent knowledge of MS Office.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Raigarh, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 7714918482
