6. Salary processing basic knowledge

7. Performance Management , confirmation process

8. Admin Work : Stationary order & record keeping, Uniform allocation

9. Statutory : PF , ESIC registration process , PF withdrawal claim process,

PF correction process , Insurance registration,

10. Disciplinary process : Memo, Warning letter, adherence policy implementation process

11. Required excellent communication skills in Marathi, English
