BA Training Group Hiring for Front End Developer at Remote Full Time

About the Job

We are looking for competent, experienced Front End Developers. You will be a remote worker that works in tandem with UK office hours from your home during regular business hours (at least 40 hours per week).

After a successful probationary period in your home country, the selected candidates will be sponsored (with a work permit) to work from our London office. You will be provided more information about this process on your Job offer at the final interview

Responsibilities:

• Determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
• Building reusable code for future use.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.
• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting it to the back end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Skills/ Experience Required:

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Should possess more than 3 years of experience in React, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS
• Proven experience as a Front-end Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Experience in WordPress will be added advantage
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Familiarity with Figma is added advantage
• Knowledge of Laravel, Php and WordPress is advantageous
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail, Organisational skills, an analytical mind
• Work experience in GIT, JIRA, Bitbucket
• Code consistency, readability and ability to learn new technologies

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
