Baani Milk Producer Company Ltd Hiring for PIB Officer ( Producer Institution Building ) at Sangrūr Full Time

JD of PIB ( Producer Institution Building ) officers : –

• Assist incorporation of the Milk Producer Company (MPC);
• Assist PIB head to run functions of MPC as per company policies.
• Educate pourers time to time what benefits are being delivered to them.
• Make good repo with pourers so as to increase their number and shareholding in the company.
• Make contact with VCG and MRG so as to communicate to pourers about company policies.
• Take care about pourer’s requirement i.e. timely payment, change in bank account details,

veterinary aids and monitory funds.

• Have ability to convince pourers and VSPs to get maximum output .
• Have ability to act as communicators b/w pourers ,VSP,MRG and company for smooth running

to business

• Fluency in Local Language (read, write and speak)
• Fluency in Punjabi (Read, write and speak)
• Exposure in corporate governance trends and matters;
• Experience in handling Cooperatives and Producer Company law.
• Should be quick learner and have the ability to collect data from field and represent as per HO

requirement

• Timely feedback to HO about activities being done in field.
• Support MPCs in ensuring adherence to all guidelines;
• Active and hard working in field and in office too.
• Knowledge of Excel is a feather in the cap.

Membership Bonding

• Provide inputs for designing of Producer training and awareness programmes;
• Monitor implementation of Membership Bonding activities such as communication, awareness

and training programmes for the Producers;

• Ensure creation and management of a robust membership database across Producer

Companies;

• Support MPC in implementation of Membership Bonding initiatives in future.

Producer Data Analytics

• Ensure creation of a robust database pertaining to MPC;
• To keep track of the Dairy Sector (including information on the cooperatives and private sectors)

in the District, .

• Timely provide MIS and reports on regular basis and update HO on same.

Responsibilities &Other Activities

• Plan the training of pourers and provide maximum support for the activities of the Department.
• Time to time provide information for Producer Communication

Job Specifications- Education:

· Graduate in Management ( M.B.A ) or B.Sc –Agriculture with added qualification preferably in the area of

Milk procurement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.36 – ₹25,000.70 per month
