Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. We prefer someone with previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on our assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.ResponsibilityWith a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficientlyManage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasksManage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logisticsMaintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the businessOrganize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsiteCoordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reportsScreen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordinglyManage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiativeAct as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partnersAct as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventoryDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experienceStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms with aptitude to learn new software and systemsWork experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role preferred.Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)Excellent verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion and confidentialityFlexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challengeLocation: BangaloreRoleAdministration – OtherIndustry TypeRetailFunctional AreaAdministration & FacilitiesEmployment TypeFull Time, PermanentRole CategoryAdministrationEducationUG :Any GraduateJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: From ₹240,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceInternet reimbursementLeave encashmentLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Joining bonusPerformance bonusYearly bonusExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
