Your Opportunity

CSD ASE at Bacardi support commercial team by activities like driving sales & revenue, completion of registration of labels, identifying new sources of growth etc. Contribute to new initiatives by identification of potential and industry. They regularly interact with other functions particularly marketing, finance, and production to ensure continued support.

About You

As CSD ASE, you will be responsible to formulate and drive implementation of sales and promotion plans for the CSD to ensure achievement of business targets and continuous growth of net sales value while maintaining high standards of business processes.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

* Responsible for development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned markets. Implements distribution and promotion plans in line with the overall initiative to ensure achievement of top line results.
* To plan and execute local marketing and promotional activity to drive brand and volume results.
* To establish a relationship with the channel as that of a key partner.
* To ensure coverage of Canteens and institutes within the channel
* To liase and visit CSD Head Office / Regional Commandant Offices for Para on behalf of Bacardi India and meet senior officers for approvals, collections, and promotions.
* To Liaise and coordinate with excise and other government agency for smooth continuity of business.
* To ensure timely reporting of stock & sales, competition promotions and any other relevant updates related to business.
* To maintain close liaison with the promoters, including vendors, key customers, Key Canteens and depot managers.
* To manage Depots and maximise permits / indents with focus on improving high ROS.

* Creative and has the ability to ideate.
* Has to have in-depth job knowledge on CSD & Para channel documentations for doing listing of new brands, product testing at labs and understanding coordination with factories.
* Has the ability to establish strong relationship with the channel.
* Willing to travel.
* Should be a team player.
* Pleasing personality
* Self-starter with high energy and confidence
* Should be flexible in approach.
* Should have good working knowledge of computers and financial management.
* Strong analytical & financial skills and budget management experience
* Excellent presentation skills with strong interpersonal leadership and team management skills
* Ability to communicate at different organization levels.
* Has adequate exposure in current or earlier stints in CSD & Para channel in the said geography. Preferably in FMCG or white good industry.
