– Aggressive Sales Oriented Tele-calling
– Telecallers required to respond to Online Enquiries at Phase 2 Noida
– Understand the Problem
– Explain the supplement, ingredients, mode of action.
– Answer questions about products & the company.
– Close the sale on telephone.
– Enter and update customer information in the database.
– Handle grievances.
– Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

– Prior experience in Herbal / Nutrition / Medicine line preferred
– Proven experience as tele-sales representative.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Cool-tempered and able to handle inquires.

– Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems..
