BackZone Consultancy Hiring for Accounts Executive at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar Full Time

• Daily reconciliations including multiple accounts and credit cards.
• Preform daily data entry into QuickBooks.
• Organize / input inventory count data.
• MS Windows and Office, Microsoft Excel computing.
• Coordinating with and assisting external accountants.
• Other accounting duties as required.
• Do financial cost analysis.
• Aid in preparing information and documents for annual audits.
• Manage all A/R and A/P functions including taking and making payments.
• Handle all customer billing (recurring billing and all professional services billing).
• Process invoices in TMS accurately and in a timely manner.
• Send out invoices according to the invoice date.
• Make/send collection calls/emails.
• Coordinate with Customer Success team for any contract.
• Completes required adjustments and credit notes after full investigation and approval.
• Update and report on receivables to the finance manager.
• Manage bills sent via email/mail.
• Coordinate payment review with manager on a bi-weekly basis prior to due date.
• Assist with the initial expense report review.
• Assist with monthly credit card reconciliations and ensure all receipts are submitted in a timely manner.
• Assist with special project and audits, as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
