1. Coordinating with internal team and CA ,
2. Responsible for preparing accounts, budgeting and our firm financial records
3. He needs to know Tally work, MS office and expert in Hindi and English typing work .
4. he should be expert in computing taxes and preparing tax returns & GST as per the guidance by CA, organizing and maintaining financial records.
5. Provisional balance sheet/finalization of balance sheet/monthly receiving data/monthly expanses data/P/L account place wise.
6. Manage annual audit and other compliance audits to ensure financial records are maintained as per compliance.
7. Issue cheque, bank statement, vendor payment, outstanding bill payments,
8. Cash deposit/online transfers & any other banking work.
9. Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections),
9. Any other work assigned by reporting manager. The responsibilities can be reviewed or changed from time to time as per the guidance of reporting manager.
