Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities· Admin Yearly Budgeting and Cash flow· Maintenance of Office & Event premises· Transportation & Logistics for Office and events· General maintenance of all utilities and facility· Obtaining all the licenses from government bodies.· Monitoring Housekeeping and security staff· Records of all annual maintenance contract / comprehensive maintenance contract· Taking care of all assets and maintaining asset list for insurance purpose etc.· Fire and safety training.· Planning & coordination to streamline company policies and admin processes.· Overlooking at all infrastructure· Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.· Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.· Organize and supervise other office activities like recycling, renovations· Coordination with vendors for day to day office and branches requirements.· Leave and attendance management of office personnel· Incident reports and updates.· New vendors registration, Procurement policies, Cost benefits.· Vehicle management, assets management, Property, Statuary compliances.· Prepare and maintain monthly MIS and reports for locations.· Office Administration, Vendor Management, General Purchase, Asset Management etc.· Responsible for Maintenance & AMCs and managing all facilities equipment, Housekeeping, Security, Transport, Soft services, security systems, Cafeteria / Canteen, Helpdesk management.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹90,000.00 – ₹120,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Commission payShift allowanceYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work (Required)Work Location: One location
