Bag Maverick Pvt Limited Hiring for Accounts Specialist at India Full Time

We are an MNC with head offices based in London. We have a global supplier and client base and are looking to recruit an Accountant to join us.

We are looking for someone who is well versed with Corporate Taxation, Financial Management, Preparation of Financial Statements, Monthly Reporting, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full sets of accounts, including AP and AR.
• Experience with all regulatory filings -filing GST and TDS Returns periodically.

• Working with our bank to satisfy all their and RBI requirements.
• Ensure all expenses are entered appropriately.
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules as required by manager
• Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries on the timely submission of all financial and management accounts to the UK Office
• Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries on any inter-company transactions and balances
• Assist in the preparation of monthly consolidations of financial and management reports
• Handling and reconciliation of petty cash.

• Proficient in converting intricate and complex data into easy-to-understand and meaningful language that auditing teams find valuable.

• Assist in entering data into customer systems for dispatched shipments.
• Other duties as and when assigned.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• Chartered Accountant with 5 -7 years of experience, preferably in MNCs
• Familiar with FEMA, RBI, Finance, Accounting regulations, policies and standards especially concerning foreign subsidiaries in India.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tally & oracle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and resourceful with a positive work attitude
• Possess solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with all levels of staff and management.
• Experience of Payroll management.
• Good with numbers and figures and should have great attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
