10% Upward Band movement of B Band Agents. ( IMD whose avg. business is 50K to 1 Lac comes in B Band)
Issue Tracker maintenance . Resolve operational Cases within 24 Hour and Other issues within 5 working days.
Reward Voucher process. Campaign related generic informative Calls.
Welcome call to new recruited agents to give information about company and fetch their details for further analysis based on performance
