Campaign Management
A) Touch Free Renewals
To define automated campaigns flow via existing digital platforms
To bring efficiency in all digital campaigns, with high usage of Data Analytics and BI, must deliver assigned targets
To ensure optimum usage of all the relevant platforms with pre-defined frequencies
To ensure a close monitoring and audit of all the campaigns performance, need to run a daily / weekly / monthly report on data push & conversion
To drive monthly targets, manual blaster campaigns should be done on low performing LOBs (products / channel / locations)
To ensure optimum utilization of all the modes of communications i.e. SMS, Email, App notifications, Social Media campaigns, Voice BOT, IVR and WhatsApp Campaigns
Must monitor the reason for digital campaign drops from all the campaigns to fix the technical issues, if any
To ensure timely flow of all drop data to contact center agents
All expenses need to be projected monthly / quarterly / yearly basis
B) Customer Engagement Campaigns
To create yearly generic customer engagement calendar, content, and mailers in conjunction with marketing and brand team
To own all company level customer engagement campaigns apart from touch free automation
All expenses need to be projected monthly / quarterly / yearly basis
To drive customized yearly / quarterly / monthly customer engagement as per business requirement
To create end to end automation of customer engagement campaigns
C) Sales & Compliance
To provide digital link-based solutions to businesses / IMDs, to strengthen digital distributions.
To ensure no customer escalations on account of higher reminders
To ensure timely warming-up of campaign panel / domain id for large scale company level digital campaigns run on behalf of Marketing / CX / ILM / Claims
To ensure multiple domain ids are functional to avoid any outrage due to unforeseen technical issues
To get the content approved basis DLT guidelines, to avoid failures
To be compliant as per TRAI guidelines while right usage of Panel type and customer communications
