Driving Scheme Profitability

Ensure maximum coverage of scheme across assigned geographical spread & ensure scheme profitability is maintained

Drive maximum enrollments under the scheme for assigned cluster

Regularly review the claims registered under the clusters & provide inputs to State Head for course correction with concerned Govt. level authorities

Explore new business opportunities with government bodies / authorities & recommend the same to State Head for implementation

Scheme Management & Implementation

Managing the Business of the districts in the cluster based on Population

Overall responsibility of driving the project as per the scheme guidelines in the districts under the cluster

Maintain cordial relationship with concerned government authorities in cluster ( Regional Deputy Directors for the districts under the cluster ), to ensure local issues are handled effectively & manage escalations

Coordinate with the districts level officials under the cluster with respect to the enrolment on monthly basis

Report, alert and solve any issues at the grass root level – both operational as well as administrative

Recommend initiatives / activities to be undertaken regarding relationship building and scheme implementation in the districts of the cluster.

Team Management

Monitor & guide the District Coordinators under the clusters as regards scheme implementation

Guide district coordinators to ensure that the Grievances pertaining to the districts are resolved within TAT

Develop the working relationship with the District officials under the cluster

Train district coordinators on schemes & updates on regular basis
