Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – • To achieve given Sales nos through customer walk in • Work closely with the branch Service executives to drive Gold loan customers for fulfillment • Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement • Tracking Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan product. • Supporting Assayer in Operations /documentation
Required Qualifications and Experience
* • Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience. • Knowledge of Cross Sell / Gold Loan Sales • Good Selling skills • Good Interpersonal skills
