“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” To co-ordinate with analytics team and ensure to manage required data and execute digital & SMS campaigns.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

* Duties and Responsibilities – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) • 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing concepts Campaign Automation and knowledge of marketing Channels – SMS Email and Digital Channels. • Proficient knowledge of campaign management tools –Responsys. • BFSI background is a must preferably credit card. • Knowledge of Campaign Evaluation Methods like – A/B testing Target-Control. • Drive new initiatives offers & consumer promo campaigns with alliances to scale up transaction & cross sell for Credit card. • Hands-on Knowledge of SQL/SAS 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) • Providing support to constantly changing sales process trainings and timely set up of processes 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) • Hourly sales tracking and take action to improve productivity in term of data analytics. 6.
