Required Qualifications and Experience

• xefx83x98 Graduates with relevant experience of 2-3 prior work experience of Direct or Channel sales in loans. Experience in Insurance will be an added advantage xefx83x98 Ensure to update status within 24 hrs of lead received. xefx83x98 Ability to Recruit FOS through different channels. xefx83x98 Maintain a pickup percentage as per the metric. xefx83x98 Maintain FOS productivity as the metric. xefx83x98 Excellent Team Handling and problem resolving ability. xefx83x98 Good hands on experience and knowhow for working on Data Management and MS Office. xefx83x98 A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target. xefx83x98 Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
