Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibilities: • Responsible for new IT project implementation for all horizontal Projects of LAS business. • Responsible for reviewing Business requirement documents shared by various business stakeholders. • Conduct regular review meetings with development partner for requirement discussion technical solution mapping & signing off functional specification documents from all relevant stakeholders. • Engagement with different business verticals to understand the problem statements & solution designing. • Track all project planning & execution through MS Azure Board. • Prioritization and planning of deliveries as per strategic business objectives. • Understand End to End System Architecture for solution mapping & deliver the business requirements. • Dealing with Business team & IT teams for regular project updates on scheduled deliveries. • Actively Participation in evaluation of new products Time bound R&D and solution deliveries. • Manage internal QA teams with guidance for test scenario coverage & execution of test cases for bug free system delivery. Ensure all test artifacts maintained on azure board by QA team and review them periodically. • Co-ordinate with info-security teams for cyber security testing.

Required Qualifications and Experience
* MBA / BE / BSc/ MCA with minimum 4-6 years of IT experience in BFSI domain. • Knowledge of various Software Implementation methods like SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum • Knowledge on Loan against Securities product will be preferable. • Detailed orientation & very structured thinking to drive solution mapping and implement new IT projects. • Ability to lead projects and build partnerships with cross functional teams. • Should have experience in implementation of Software Development Projects. • Require proven abilities to analyse, debug and find solution to technology issues. • Basic knowledge on SQL/Oracle, PLSQL technologies. • Require good written and spoken communication skills in English. • Should be Self-starter, Self-learner
