Unit Manager – Administration/Senior Unit Manager – Administration
Job Purpose
The incumbent should be willing to work on SAP (MM and FICO module) and is expected to be familiar with Purchase, Administration, Assets Management, AMC and Insurance activities. Also well-versed with Excel.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities – Procurement related activities • Floating the enquiries to vendors obtain quotations and make tecno-commercial comparisons • Processing / releasing of purchase orders in SAP • Processing of Purchase Order based Bills in SAP • Processing and Monitoring of advances against purchase orders in SAP. • Follow-up with vendors for material delivery. • Receipt and distribution of material and ensure quality check. • Interaction with vendors for timely submission of bills. • Interaction with finance for payments against invoice submitted. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) related activities • Data Collation Obtain quotes and rate negotiations • Issuing and renewal of Contract/PO • Collection of maintenance reports Asset Management related activities – • Asset Data maintenance Assets Tagging • Assets movement and assets sell related activities • Coordination with branches for physical verification of assets. • Assets Reconciliation Insurance Relate Activities- • Interaction with stake holders and Insurance company for processing of Policy • Renewal and endorsement of Policies • Lodging of claim with Insurance company. • Interaction with Insurance company for processing and settlement of claims. • Coordinate with Finance for accounting formalities related to settlement of claims Others • PPT presentation preparation of Monthly deck • Coronation with LC / Admin Managers on purchase related matters
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Graduate with SAP MM Module experience, Expert in Excel • Experience – 5-8 years relevant experience. • Skills- Positive attitude and team player.
