Job Description

Marketing:

• Ensure timely preparation of marketing creatives as per the government notifications and program guidelines along with coordination with brand team
• Consolidate information from vendors, field & create reports for various stakeholders ( Internal / Govt. Authorities) w.r.t marketing activities carried out across locations.
• Tracking of Marketing Budget as per guidelines & prepare drafts / reports and submit the draft / reports to management for review
• Create weekly/adhoc reports on the agreed parameters and present it to management for review & enabling decision making
• Ensure closure and signoffs from state team for marketing activities executed for invoicing and audit checks
• Scan market for various best practices carried out by competition & share inputs with management to build competitive marketing activities for better market penetration
• Create SMS campaigns as per various government schemes subscribed by BAGIC & broadcast in timely manner to stakeholders of PMFBY and Farmitra

Vendor Management

• Maintain marketing vendor tracker & evaluate vendor performance based on the inputs from field sales team and present analysis to management for decision making
• Prepare PO and process invoices for planned marketing activities as per the procurement guidelines
• Onboarding and managing contingency manpower vendor for management of temporary offices, and off role officers
• Keep track of joining and resignation of off role Manpower & share periodical reports of manpower movements to management
• Ensure timely collection of attendance and office condition & sign-off from management and processing of monthly invoices

Invoice management

• Ensure all PO, and Invoices are raised in P2P and approved by stakeholders involved within given TAT / SLA’s
• Reconcile of payments made to various vendors & share details with vendors for closure in books of account.
• Weekly reporting of pending items as per P2P and follow up with concerned approval authorities for necessary approvals

Compliance management

• Keep abreast with state guidelines for various schemes & ensure EY tracker is updated with latest checklist as per the government notifications to ensure adherence to internal & external audit
• Maintenance of compliance tracker for implementation of Crop Insurance across business locations.
• Liaison with compliance team to upload the compliance metrics and ensure respective stakeholders update requirement information timely.
• Timely report submission and escalation to ensure compliance adherence.
