Bajo Foods Hiring for Assistant Manager – Quality Control at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in all aspects of food production.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product consistency and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product development strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to the R& D team in the development of new snacks, breakfast cereals, high protein bars, flavor oats, muesli, peanut butter, various ways of atta, and other healthy products.
• Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, BSC Food Tech, MSC Food Tech with at least five years of related experience in FMCG (Snacks, Cookies, Atta).
• 4-5 years of experience in R& D, Quality, or Production within the food industry.
• Certification FOSTAC, FSSC 220000 ISO 22000 HACCP.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience in new product development, specifically in snacks, breakfast cereals, high protein bars, flavor oats, muesli, peanut butter, atta, and any other health products.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
