About the company: Bands & Cups is an apparel design startup. We are reinventing the love-hate relationship women have with their intimate wear by solving the fit problem. We have been selected as one of the ‘Top 300’ ideas from over 10,000 applications by the IIM-B NSRCEL. About the internship/job: Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers 2. Prepare a month-on-month content calendar is aligned to our digital strategy 3. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) 4. Collaborate with content creators (illustrators, designers, influencers, bloggers) to generate new content 5. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels 6. Study the user profiles & competitor accounts 7. Acquire insight into trends and keep strategies up-to-date Who can apply: Only those students or freshers can apply who:

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• have relevant skills and interests
• can start the internship between 14th Aug’21 and 18th Sep’21
• are available for duration of 3 months
• have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
