Process Overview*

The team supports Small Business Sales Enablement to maintain Sales Force profiles for Small Business Bankers and update SIC code for accounts with Credit line Increase for Small Business customers and also validating the documentation done by Small Business sales associate in accordance with Laws, Rules and Regulations along with internal Bank of America policies and procedures.

Job Description*

Small Business Enablement team supports the Small Business Sales Enablement and Business and Operations Controls functions in order for.

• Services and Controls to support and ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of reports to regulatory agencies for Small Business clients
• Service ensuring compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations along with internal Bank of America policies and procedures, required disclosures, providing quality control testing for SB operations
• Service to execute and manage the contact center operations and the day to day provision of the channel by providing operational support for desktop tools, response units, staffing tools like BACMC, COGNOS etc.

Responsibilities*

• Critical data analysis for the Small Business – Business Governance and Operations Controls function, Business Controls and Sales teams
• Validating the documentation done by Small Business sales associate in accordance with Laws, Rules and Regulations along with internal Bank of America policies and procedures
• Confirm and validate Client information for the accuracy of Standard Industry Codes (SIC) on originations and accounts with a Credit Line Increase (CLI)
• Correct records when necessary to ensure records in CRA Wiz are reported correctly for CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) purposes
• Supports Sales Enablement group in creating and managing profiles for the Small Business Bankers across all branches in the US.
• Providing resolution of any queries from Business Banker’s regarding Salesforce.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from the administrative teams at the banking centers to update banker’s profile as required. Getting their trainings assigned and the follow-up for completion of these trainings
• To provide analysis on a quick turnaround basis
• Contacting the onshore Controls and admin team for any follow-up on various Documents and Change Requests initiated by the Administrative Assistants and the Banking Centre Managers.
• Support fellow team members on queries relating to process
• Have innovative approach to work and continuously identify and implement process improvements
• Consistent learning and development through self learning and knowledge sharing among peer group

Requirements*

• 
  Education* – B Com Graduate or Post Graduate
• 
  Certifications If Any : Wave certification – Consumer operations
• 
  Experience Range* – 2 to 5 years
•

• Must have an eye for detail and should possess strong analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
