A brief about the Job Description:

Designation: Trainee – Customer Relationship Officer

• Assist customers in all their queries

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
• Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
• Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
• Verify customer details and guide them through the application gateway
• Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight

Educational Qualification: Any Degree (With or Without backlogs)

Salary: 1.8 Lacs per year as Salary; Monthly take home 15,000/- (For Non-Hindi candidates) & Monthly take home 16,600/- (For Hindi candidates) for 9 am to 6 pm shift + Incentives + Overtime allowance

Note: Upon completion of 6 months and on being eligible for conversion the CTC change would be 2.5LPA

Shift Timings: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M (including all the breaks in between)

Working Days: 6 days of Working and 1 Day Rotational Off (Note: Saturday & Sunday will NOT BE a fixed off)

Experience of minimum 1 year in Voice/Sales Process will provide 2.45 lacs to 2.85 lacs per annum + Incentives + Overtime allowance

Shift Timings: 9:00 A.M to 7:00 P.M (including all the breaks in between)

Working Days: 5 days of Working and 2 Day Rotational Off (Note: Saturday & Sunday will NOT BE a fixed off)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
