Position Summary & Scope: Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the company’s Social Media accounts. He/She will also be responsible for working with supporting departments such as Design, Growth, etc. and managing ORM.

As a Social Media Specialist, we expect him/her to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends/features.

He / She should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a creative way of thinking, brand understanding, and be confident presenting ideas and results.

Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas):

Ideation – planning engaging and on-brand content across various social media formats like reels, carousels, statics, stories

• Execution – ensuring timely posting, well-written captions, tagging, etc.

• Data Analysis – tracking performance and implementing strategies as per data insights • Campaigns – ideating and executing Social & Marketing campaigns (including PR events)

• ORM – managing user comments and DMs in a timely manner

• Maintaining monthly social media calendars

• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends/features in social media (especially Instagram)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
