Urgent opening for Assistant Manager- Accounts Position in our Company at our Head office.
Location – Delhi (Netaji Subhash Place – Pitampura)
Experience – Min 3-5 yrs (Accounts and Taxation)
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: Receipts/ Payment, Accounts payable/receivable, Fund Flow/ Cash Flow preparation, Sale invoicing, Purchase Invoicing, Expense process, Imperest handling, General ledger recon, Daily Bank Reconciliation, Revenue & Expenditure Analyzing, Budgeting forecasting and investment monitoring, Debtor & Creditor reconciliation, Preparation of BG, LC & handle daily bank activity.
· Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information along with depreciation & Amortization.
· Prepaid & Provisions process on monthly basis.
· Manage the documents of financial transactions by entering accurate account information.
· Scrutinized all financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing Monthly profit and loss statement, and other reports.
· Maintains all accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
· Preparing the MIS of all Clients.
· Manage the TDS Tracker for the year, Filing Challans Financial Year wise for future reference / Retrieval
· Maintains all financial security by following internal controls.
· Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
· Ability to Coordinate and complete annual audits
· Prepare the documents of filing the GSTR and reconciliation of GSTR.
· Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
Desired Skills
· Proven working experience as Accounting Supervisor
· Strong Knowledge of Excel and Tally.
· Knowledge of ESI & PF.
· Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases management
· Ability to manipulate large amount of data
· Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Expert in all types of payment, Import and Export with adjustment entries such as GST,TDS,Custom duty, Payroll, company transactions etc.
· Ability to direct and supervise the team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
