Full Job Description
Role ObjectivesServe as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requestsEnsure optimal operation of office equipment, supplies, and inventories with preventive maintenanceMaintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, office layout, etc.Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflowOversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practicesDaily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesProvide front desk coverage, including managing a busy, multi-line phone system, greeting guests who enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environmentProvide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxesPlan, organize, and schedule company meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conferenceCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for all levels of employeesMaintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventoriesOversee and order office supplies and food deliveries for group meetingsSkills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentProven administrative experienceSuperb written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management skills and multitasking abilityProficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systemsPreferred QualificationsCollege degreePrevious success in office managementExperience managing budgets and expensesExperience developing internal processes and filing systemsComfortable handling confidential informationJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
