Introduction: Using cutting edge Data Engineering and analytics solutions and processes, design and develop data models, visualizations and reports that are accurate, can be continually refined and improved and serve to a great extent towards building high class predictive models for various business requirements

What will you be doing?

• Plays an instrumental role in data aggregation, analysis and interpretation for the large data streams and volumes generated from various software systems
• Proficient in understanding logging mechanisms and provides expertise in transferring logging/events data to into various customized dashboards used for monitoring purposes
• Works closely with Data Scientists, Engineering Leads and Product teams to understand data capturing, integration/synthesis and reporting requirements and supports data scientists in data extraction, sanity and representation towards creating and validating AI/ML models
• Helps capture and measure KPI/stats for all the features, utilities and solutions which engineering team delivers
• Understands and can support independently on data tagging requirements for various features and capabilities
• Works closely with Tech Lead, Testers, Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, Designers and Business to deliver most optimal solutions towards programme’s data engineering requirements
• Leverages large volume of datasets to generate visualizations and insights of customer behavior, preferences and needs providing key input to overall solution design
• Strictly follows all regulatory and control procedure requirements to ensure data integrity, confidentiality and security
• Identifies, highlights and mitigates risk on an ongoing basis through defined channels and processes
• Explores, experiments and innovates on advanced, cutting edge methodologies and techniques to build smarter and seamless data analysis solutions and approaches
• Well versed with DevOps toolset and SDLC phases

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive programming experience in Python, R Programming, Scala or JAVA
• Experience on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch
• Experience in various data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, SAS products and Site Catalyst
• Hands on experience in developing and implementing the latest machine learning models (e.g. Random Forests, Gradient Boosted Machines and Deep Neural Networks) and related capabilities from the programming languages mentioned above
• Experience in data streaming pipelines and real time data management and processing using Kafka and Spark
• Solid knowledge on SQL and RDMBS
• Experience in using Data integration tools such as Ab initio or Informatica

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Masters/Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
• Data Scientist/Analyst certification from reputed institute
