Join this growing team to help shape the success of the organisation and develop your career with the world s leading CRM system.r Overall purpose of roler The successful candidate will be overall responsible for the functional testing of projects/releases including creation/review of key artefacts. Governance is a key feature to the role.r Key Accountabilitiesr

• Knowledge/exposure on Salesforce/CRM applications/Client Technologies
• Oversee and govern test deliverables for assigned project/Monthly Release – Manage and enforce Entry & Exit criteria
• Ensure the testing of each application or project or release meets the strategic business requirements is completed on time and with a high degree of quality
• Drive communication between the testing, development, 3 rd party s and product teams to ensure each requirement has adequate test coverage.
• Manage project change with respect to testing in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Oversee, manage the designing and maintenance of test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test data, test labs and test sets using various tools i.e. Confluence, JIRA, Excel, Word, etc
• Help ensure coordination between different stakeholders. Ensure all testing plans are shared and communicated so application testing between all is harmonious.
• Coach Business, System, Testing and/or Technical skills – Provide technical direction, guidance, and hands-on management
• Actively collaborate with the larger testing community to share knowledge and drive efficiencies
• Provides status report information, escalates issues and problems demanding management attention and resolution
• Operational activities e.g. forecasts, timesheets
• Resource planning, cost estimation for the application/projects in scope from testing perspective.
• Driving Strategy & efficiencies- managing stakeholder expectations & owning stakeholder relations.

• Must have strong knowledge on Salesforce/CRM applications/Client Technologies
• Understanding of IT systems and functioning
• Must demonstrate effective communication with management, peers, and subordinates, both verbally and in writing.
• Aptitude to learn tools/apps/processes/domains and proficient in test management methodologies and practices
• Strong teaming, problem solving and communications skills will be required
• Knowledge of testing terminologies, processes and tools
• Exposure on working and guiding in a team environment on testing projects
• Rich technology experience and good exposure to latest advancements in Testing – Capable of technical deep-dives into test scenarios, automation framework, Roll-up the sleeves attitude, bringing innovative solutions to the table
• Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision and have the ability to prioritize workloads quickly and efficiently.
• Experience in working on and managing multiple projects of 10 months duration or more with global teams
