Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification & Analysis:

• Monitor and identify relevant government and corporate tenders aligned with the company’s services.
• Analyze tender documents and evaluate eligibility criteria, risks, and opportunities.

Tender Preparation & Submission:

• Prepare high-quality, compliant, and competitive tender submissions, including technical and financial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for required documentation and approvals.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders through digital and physical platforms.

Vendor Registration & Compliance:

• Manage vendor registrations and maintain updated profiles on government and corporate portals.
• Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, certifications, and documentation.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with government bodies, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to address queries and gather insights.
• Collaborate with internal departments for information and approvals.

Post-Tender Activities:

• Track tender results and follow up on awarded projects.
• Handle post-tender clarifications and negotiations, if required.
• Maintain records of tender outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on tendering trends, policies, and competitor activities.
• Identify new business opportunities through government and corporate networks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in tender management, preferably in marketing, media, or advertising sectors.
• Strong understanding of government and corporate procurement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-tendering platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
