Job Description Roles and Responsibilities :

Hydroponic / soilless farming / Polyhouse Hydroponic Greenhouses: Set and manage water cycles Mix and maintain fertilizer rates Prune and trellis crops Manage & schedule harvest based on crop/market/auction schedule Disease and pest management Scout/monitor for insect and fungal pathogens Apply control measures including pesticide applications Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly task lists Direct/train employees in tasks including planting, pruning, harvest Seed and transplant lettuce each week Maintain and clean hydroponic systems Manage daily harvest Maintain supply inventory for fertilizer, consumable items, packaging Maintain food safety paperwork .
