Bata India Limited Hiring for Key Account Manager at Gurugram, Haryana, India Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Relationship building with respective customers.
2. Regular Meeting with customer for business and relationship building.
3. Deliver Volume, Value Business & ensure the on-time delivery.
4. Review of business with Chains & store team and Category Manager on driving the category with their support every Month
5. Driving the TOT parameters with Chains to drive effective and sustainable growth (Effective use of Data Sharing, driving multiple visibility space, Achieving the monthly Target, and timely payments.
6. Working with MT Head for Planning and execution of new Launches, Consumer Promotion, incremental space /Volume on regular intervals.
7. Drive Market share at each of the stores in the state (Need deep dive intervention)
8. Have periodic review on the progress of Business – Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly with regular update to MT Head on sales trends, Market developments and competition.
9. Working with commercial teams for financial control at Chains ( Collection, Accounts reconciliation, Settling of Claims at Chains and Channel Partners)
10. Pre & post sales tracking & analysis of promotions effectiveness.
11. Resolve customer’s trade issues, complaints, and operational matters.
12. Relationship building with Ordering and Depot team for respective customers.
13. Regular customer meeting for business relationship
14. Deliver OTIF target at customer level.
15. Ensuring closure on the rejection from customer end and work with logistics, finance, and quality team to ensure closure and CN release for smooth business and payments.
16. Co-ordination with the quality team for periodic quality check to ensure quality product delivery along with the norms adherence related to packing for respective customers.
17. Work with the customer ordering team to fixup appointments for orders and delivery.
18. Resolving delivery related issues at the customer location.
19. Working with the internal logistics team to ensure smooth delivery service.
20. Working with internal demand planning team to ensure stock availability for servicing.
21. Track on the stock level, freshness and FIFO of stock for respective customers.
22. Providing MIS related to stock, sales, AR & APs to support business.
