SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

• The incumbent is responsible for Lead HRBP of North Region, with operating geographies of Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and J&K. A total number of 400 plus stores, 500 on roll employees and 1000 plus off roll employees.

• Job Includes – Talent Acquisition and Management, Remuneration Budget Control, Adherence and monitoring of Compliances and Statutes, Office administration, Grievance and Discipline handling etc

LONG DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

• To provide HR / IR support to the retail and RDC business

• Ensuring adherence and compliance of all statutes and labour laws as applicable.

• Execution of HR Business Related tasks – Transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions etc per process and policy

• Payroll management – To ensure that the salary to the store personnel of the COCO stores and K-Stores are prepared in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices and the Managers / K-Agents / employees getting their salary / commission correctly on time.

• Talent Acquisition – Appropriate and Right Talent for the store team through Campus and Lateral hiring.

• To derive and drive productivity in the Retail Stores and manage the rem Cost Budget.

Skill Set Required:

• Advance Competence of Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

• Liaising ability with relevant Govt authorities.

• Thorough knowledge of HR processes, Compliances and Statute Pertaining to Labor, collaborative leadership.

• Team handling capabilities, thorough understanding of Internal SOPs and Processes of Operating Business HR Retail.
