Job Summary: Function: Formulation Development Reporting to: Head of Formulation Development Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Play a lead role in resolution of the challenges faced during product transfer of new products from R&D to Manufacturing site.
• Play a lead role in resolution of the challenges faced by R&D of existing products at manufacturing site.
• Independently work and Implement science on products challenges during development.
• Represent the F&D team as SPOC for all stake holders (Plant/PDO/PM/Tech transfer) team for any product support.
• Lead and conduct a meeting, co ordinate for design of experiment and prepare scientific investigation summary report.
• Act independently and work from F&D to plant for any remedial activity throughout of product life cycle management.
• Play a critical role in development of complex products involving no. of characterization techniques.
• Basic knowledge of analytical methods/Techniques and characterization for complex product development.

Qualifications / Experience and/or Background

• Post-Graduation in Pharmacy with proven 10-12 years of experience in Formulation & Development handling Injectables dosage form.
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and leadership skills.
• Firm decision maker and shall possess good influencing skills.
• Openness to collaborate in interest of project/organization.
• Proactive and self-driven, possesses due sense of urgency.
• Shall possess systems mindset and good problem-solving abilities.
• Working with multi site teams, Quality conscious and Process & customer Oriented.
