Manager – Alternate Business Model
POSITION PURPOSE: Build & scale up “New business models” in Seeds & Crop Protection portfolio through new channels & partnerships to drive top line sales as a new business growth opportunity in a sustainable way for India, Nepal, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand Agriculture inputs (Seed + CP) market with good insight on potential new business opportunities as an “Alternative business models” in India, Bangladesh, Nepal & Sri Lanka
• Map customer requirements and build partnerships for driving new business models
• Collaborate & align with multiple stakeholders internally & externally to ensure new partnerships to Go-Live @ customer level
• Roll out initiatives with external stakeholders; including knowledge transfer & co-value creation models to maximize value at farmer’s level Develop tracking mechanism and metrics for measuring progress on solutions for a sustainable business growth
• Support MOUs and legal agreements to mobilize the partnerships on ground Accountable for top line sales & growth in line with business plans

WHO YOU ARE:

• Graduate degree in agriculture with an MBA.
• Understanding of latest trends in agriculture with more than 5 years sales experience
