Bayleaf Cafe Hiring for Head Barista at Mumbai Full Time

More than 3 years experience in:

1. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, fresh juices, mixers/mocktails.

2. Be an expert in creating top class non alcoholic drinks including and experimenting with mocktails, fruit juices, coolers and mixers

3. Expert in hot and cold coffee, blended coffee and tea preparations

4. Train and prepare SOPs for barista staff

5. Ensure cleanliness, sanitization of work areas, utensils, equipments

6. Help create seasonal beverage offerings with fresh fruit juices/mixers

7. Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.

8. Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
