RESTAURANT STORE MANAGER

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the organization and management of inventory in the restaurant.

· Keeping track of what items are in stock, ordering new items as needed, and organizing the inventory in a way that makes it easy to find and use.

• Collaborate with Kitchen and Barista to ensure efficient and accurate stock management.
• Making sure all inventory paperwork is properly managed and filed is accurate.
• Ensure all item recipes are loaded in the system to drive inventory consumption via system.
• Analyses product and supply levels on a daily basis to predict inventory issues and shortages.
• Reports on such factors as inventory levels, supply chain performance, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to top management.
• Suggests practices for reducing costs and optimizing the process of supply chain management.
• Identify ways to improve inventory management procedures by creating a tracking system for your inventory.
• Analyses demand in order to forecast future supply and logistical requirements.
• Builds business relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Takes ownership of P&L; drives revenue to achieve as per budget & exercises relevant controls to maximize profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· 3+ yrs. in inventory management in Food & Beverages sector

· Team player

· Analytical mind

· Degree/education in business logistics, finance or similar field is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
