Manager – Sales AdministrationJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: · Overseeing local and regional sales orders.· Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally until dispatching material.· Preparing estimated sales volume and projections and approving expenditures if any.· Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.· Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.· Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.· Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).· Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base.· Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.· Oversee the Sales & Tender team to ensure company’s standards are met by tracking daily Orders, Team Objectives and monitor progress on daily basis.· Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.· Manage month-end and year-end closure processes.· Meeting planned sales goals in associating with Sales Head’s & Management.· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.· Coordinating with sales agents on lead generation.· Managing ongoing training for all Sales Coordinators.· Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.· Indirectly contribute in promoting the Organization and Products.· Makes team understand their ideal customers and how they relate to our products.· Measuring accurate Sales Figures & Forecast Potential Volume.· Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Coordinators.· Prepare and present monthly MIS Reports.· Communicate with customers to resolve their issue.· Maintaining the accuracy of Client Database for an efficient delivery process.· Improve current Process Paperwork / Documentation.JOB SEPCIFICATION: · Any Bachelor’s / associate degree· Impressive communication and interpersonal skills· Should able to work well with others· Handling Team Strength of 10-15 sales coordinatorsEXPERIENCE: 15-20 Years (preferably from Lubricant Industry only)Application Deadline: 18/1/2022Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):how many Team members of Sales coordinator you have handled ?Do you have experience of Sales administration from Lubricant manufacturing industry?Experience:total work: 10 years (Required)
