BBC Global Services/Snapscale Hiring for Data Migration Specialist at Remote, India Full Time

• Data Transfer and Accuracy:
• Collection Amounts: Transfer copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
• Policy Notes: Migrate benefits verification information.
• Case Updates:Update visit eligibility indicators and necessary documentation, and maintain an issues list for problem resolution.
• Authorization Entry: Ensure the latest authorizations are entered, adding any issues to a tracking list.
• Claims (Patient and Insurance): Transfer outstanding claims, including CPT codes, charges, adjustments, and balances.
• Patient Information Management:
• Guarantor Information: Transfer guarantor details for minors and patients with legal guardians.
• ID/Insurance Cards: Upload scans of ID and insurance cards.
• Intakes/Financials: Migrate intake forms and financial agreements.
• Referrals/Scripts: Transfer the latest signed POCs and scripts.
• Documentation and Schedule Audit::
• Authorization/VOB Documents: Transfer and upload the latest authorization and benefits verification documents.
• Schedule Audit: Verify and correct the schedule to ensure all visits are transferred.
• Chat Notes: Enter front desk communication notes into the new EMR as case notes.
• System Setup and Support:
• Site Set Up:** Assist in setting up the new EMR system to ensure it is fully operational.
• EDI/ERA Enrollment Assistance: Support EDI and ERA enrollment for seamless integration.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with EMR systems and data migration.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and data management tools.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members.
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Preference for candidates with a medical background.
