Technology Global Services is the group behind building technology strategy and roadmap for BD. The Supply Chain Solution Analyst role is part of TGS Platform Solutions & Services organization and will provide business systems and functional support across Supply Chain Planning functional processes covering Demand and Supply Network Planning, Deployment Planning, Advance Available to Promise and Detail Scheduling. The ideal candidate will be accountable for design and delivery of supply chain technology solutions collaborating with supply chain business teams, cross functional technology teams, technology partners as well as business users to deliver the solutions to Global Supply Chain planning functional area.
This position requires strong hands-on experience in Advance planning solutions – SAP SCM modules such as SCM Demand Planning, demand sensing and SCM BI. Integration knowledge with SAP ECC, SAP BI, SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP BW/4 HANA. Knowledge in Kinaxis is a plus.
Primary responsibilities include:

• Architect and design Supply Chain Planning solutions collaborating with cross functional solution analysts, managed service partners and product vendors.
• Manage all phases of full life-cycle implementation projects, blueprinting, design, development, testing, UA, deployment, and support.
• Manage relationships with major platform vendors and service providers to ensure they deliver desired business outcome within BD defined parameters of quality and timeline in assigned projects and initiatives.
• Support critical short-term system environmental stability project and offer subject matter expertise when required in major system support issues and initiatives in advance planning and associated applications.
• Support Validated system environment and compliance to BD and other agency deliverables in the context of assigned focus functional area.
• This role requires working with stakeholders in multiple time zones and requires frequent overlap with part of US and Europe.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4-7 years of strong hands-on experience in configuring and supporting process design in SAP technologies of ECC CIF, SCM DP, SCM SNP, CTM, PP/DS, GATP is must. Knowledge in S4 aATP is a plus.
• Have implemented at least two end to end project of Advance planning using applications such as APO/SCM/IBP including demand sensing and or similar multivariate forecasting using standard demand planning/management solution.
• Knowledge of other advance planning configuration, Master Data, and transaction processing in SNP, CTM, SCM PP/DS and GATP must include standard interfaces such as ECC CIF. Knowledge in EDI/Mule interface is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex business / technical challenges in a simplified manner
• Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organization levels
• Ability to collaborate, partner with external vendors and service providers to manage solutions design and delivery
• Working knowledge of SAP Solman, HP ALM and Service Now is desirable
• Ability to work in both waterfall as well as Agile IT delivery methods are highly desirable

Education and Training:
An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business management or a related field.
