Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for anchoring the HR systems- HRMS & other member portals2. End to end responsibility for ensuring smooth onboarding of new members including IT & technical support3. Act as a point of check for member processes during the employee Lifecyle (HR self support) such as timely disbursal of letters, member confirmation, probation, exit process etc.4. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management5. Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism & report to concern head.6. Liaison with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and recruit the suitable candidates through job boards

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years of experience in HR systems2. Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in any field3. Basic understanding of handling systems

Good at resolving technical issues with portals, laptops etc. by coordinating with POCs3. Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.4. Able to work under pressure and efficiently.5.
