Role – Kiosk Operations Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
Inventory Management:
- Stock replenishment
- Stock liquidation
- Audit planning and ensuring low shrinkage
MIS:
- Daily KPI Reports
- WOW, MOM, YOY Sales reports
- Planning effective incentives plan
- Competition sales, offers, expansion mapping
Operations:
- Raising PO
- Releasing timely rental payment to mall as per invoice
- Hiring Kiosk BA, maintaining attendance
- Sharing BA wise performance and pushing them to perform better
- Aligning training
- Channel data as per requirement to cross department- Finance, WH, HR KPI growth Plan and execution
- Visual merchandising deck and weekly execution
- Creating operational SOPs
Required Skill Sets:
- Must be verse with excel.
- Should know the Massist billing software.
- Should be aware of retail KPI and operations.
- Should have an analytical mind.
