Wanted Front Office Admin

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Location: Gurgaon (Tower D, Global Business Park)

Job profile:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, biometric)
• Inform the shortage of front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying
• Should be able to resolve operations issues
• Resourceful and Vendor Management
• Focus on asset handling, repair and maintenance and cost optimization etc.
• Good Knowledge for office and General Administration (Canteen, stationary, Housekeeping, transportation, welfare activities and office maintenance)
• Booking meeting rooms and conference room for clients
• Travel desk management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• M G Road, Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
