Full Job Description
Job Title: QA Customer Claim ( Preferably Male)
Experience : 2 to 4 years of Experience
Department: Quality Assurance
Area of Experience: QA – Preferable in Market Claim analysis & Customer Window
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
Preferred Industries: Automobile & Engineering
Salary : 7.5 to 8.5 Lakh
Location: Nelmangla ( Near Bangalore)

Key Responsibility:
- Should have knowledge of customer Window , Claim handling and Specific requirement [ OEMs]
- Deep knowledge of analysis skill & investigation ability by using 5W, FTA & Other tools.
- Process knowledge of Manufacturing and Assembly – Electrical product & Vehicle failure estimation .
- Ability to take action to prevent issue by Predictive measure & sustenance confirmation
- Knowledge of inspection , FMEA & Process audit
- Knowledge in New product & Process change have added advantage
- Should have knowledge of Quality assurance Systems , Drawing & Management report
- To have knowledge to control process Plan , failure modes & Past issue
- Knowledge like Drawing / instrument & System skill of IATF , ISO , OHSAS etc..
- Responsibility in Claim investigation, Customer window and Monitor the Claim issue
- Knowledge towards Analysis tool application [ 5W, FTA & QC tools],
- Skill in term customer expectation, Drawing & GD& T of Instrument inspection .
