Belora Cosmetics Hiring for Finance Assistant Manager at Gurgaon Full Time

What will you do:

• Responsible for stock keeping, book keeping, handling direct & indirect taxes.
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date ledgers, reconcile balances & receivables.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage invoices received and sent to vendors & suppliers.
• Responsible for collection of pending payments from various distribution channels.
• Will coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant on Annual returns audits.

Who can apply for:

• Must have 2 to 5 years of experience in finance related activities.
• Knowledge of Tally will be preferred.
• Understanding of financial regulations, terms and conditions.
• Experience in B2C will be preferred.
• Understands import/export regulations and able to account foreign transactions appropriately.
• Experience in managing accounts for consumer goods, will be preferred.
• Strong Negotiation skills & Organization’s skills such as Planning, Co-ordination, Process oriented,
• Proactive communication and Time-management
• Must be sharp & speedy to do multiple follow-ups to bring the deals to closure.
• Able to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines.
• Should be organized, good eye for detail and process driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹90,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
