Benchmark Digital Subscribers

Responsibilities:
Develop understanding of clients’ operations and systems

Gain basic knowledge of Benchmark core applications

Act as liaison with product developers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

Participate in the User Acceptance Testing for various updates in Benchmark applications if required

Troubleshoot / escalate the user inquiries timely via email, phone or other tracking tools.

Perform basic activities required to setup and support customer requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
A graduate in any discipline

1-year relevant experience, highly desired

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management, organization, and project skills

Adaptability, able to work on a fast pace and multitasking environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Basic computer troubleshooting skills
