What is the job like?

• Building strong client relationships and consistent communication about the best practices, insights, and product knowledge.
• Onboarding new customers successfully by partnering with the sales team.
• Ensuring high customer renewals levels, identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue by providing feedback and advocacy on customers’ pain points to internal teams.
• Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.

Who should apply for this role?

• 1-year experience in Customer Success role (ideally in the financial services industry) + Prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills and core competency in numerical data.
• Team skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
