We are urgently hiring 10 Machine Operators with experience in any of the following machines:

Boring Machine Shaving Machine Radial Drilling Machine All Gear Lathe Machine Piling Machine Milling Machine

Requirements:

1–2 years of hands-on experience in any of the above machines

Willing to work 12-hour shifts

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Bengal-type all gear lathe machines for precision machining tasks like turning, facing, grooving, threading, boring, and drilling.

Set up the machine with proper tools, chucks, and fixtures based on job specifications.

Read and understand technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances before starting machining work.

Check raw materials and workpieces before processing to ensure correct sizes and materials.

Continuously monitor machine operation to ensure high-quality output and prevent defects.

Use measuring instruments (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer, thread gauge) to inspect machined parts.

Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance on the lathe machine.

Maintain daily production records including output, downtime, and issues.

Follow workplace safety standards and wear proper PPE (gloves, goggles, safety shoes, etc.).

Report any mechanical faults or irregularities to the maintenance team or supervisor.
