About the Hiring Function
The Hospitality & Support (H&S) function plays a pivotal role in creating a conducive work environment, optimizing resources for increased productivity, and enhancing the employee experience in the organization. It is responsible for ensuring seamless operations of facilities and travel arrangements within the organization.
Job Description/Job Responsibilities
Create a good and congenial working environment which is safe and risk free; ensure upkeep of the infrastructure; improve employee engagement with the objective of enhancing the operational efficiency of the branch. Resolve customer complaints or answer customers’ questions. Adherence to standards, guidelines, legislation and procedures set to ensure the safety and well-being to all employees and visitors. Maintaining liaison with local Government Agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Administration:Manage day to day work of office through better upkeep of resources; or customer service to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, timely resolution of employee queries to achieve improved efficiency levels and enhance employee satisfaction.
Operational Control: Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaising with other departments, where applicable, to ensure smooth running of all the operations
Daily Maintenance work: Oversee Electromechanical, plumbing, A/C, Fire Fighting system, Carpenter, Painting, Masonry and other activities related to upkeep of facilities
Vendor Coordination: Maintain all AMC details and vendor details (contact Person, contact numbers etc.) Follow up AMC schedule with vendor
Govt Liaison: Maintaining Liaison with various Govt. departments like Magistrate Office, PIB, Labour Dept., Fire Division etc.
National Process Development: Should have excellent command over Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Supporting the National initiatives for Process Development.
Guest House Management: supervising, managing inventory, upkeep and repair and overall property appearance.
Managing Security, Housekeeping, RNI, Asset Management and 3rd party manpower
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Education
Education: Graduation
Experience: Minimum 8 years of H&S experience.
Skills: analytical thinking, creative and innovative
Abilities: good communication skills, execution excellence.
