Experience: 4-6 years

Responsibilities: The responsibilities of a Software Engineer II include design, implementation, testing and support of product features:

• Design includes participating in defining and interpreting feature requests, documenting those requests in functional specifications, and designing specific product and features for stability, usability, and maintainability.

• Implementation includes using the latest development tools to turn the approved, reviewed design specifications into functional and maintainable software product.

• Testing responsibilities include both automated unit testing as well as providing additional guidance and support to the certification group.

• Support includes maintaining the existing code base, aiding the product support group when escalations arise, and debugging complex workflows to find and fix the root cause of issues when they arise.

Technical background:

o Programming Experience: C#, .Net, ASP.Net Core, HTML, JAVA Script ,React JS, CSS, REST API

o Unit Testing frameworks

o Database: MS SQL Server

o Source control: GIT

o Continuous Integration: DevOps

o Knowledge of containerization using Docker, Kubernetes is preferred

• Communication and teamwork:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be proactive, results oriented with ability to solve complex problems and adapt quickly. Self-motivated person with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.

• Education:

BS or MS in computer science, software engineering or related field
